Bower Place has developed expertise working with children and adolescents who present with challenges in the management of emotions and behaviours, discipline, communication and social skills.

Our aim is to address outside dynamics, in order for children and young people to feel safe in their environments and for those who care for them at school and within the family home to understand their needs and to provide the consistency in their responses.

Bower Place works with school support staff, teachers, care teams and families to develop individually designed support plans based on comprehensive memorandums written by Bower Place practitioners. These are based on extensive work with children and young people in order to fully understand their situation.

Some examples of matters we address include:

  • Management of disabilities
  • Family Relationships
  • Peer Social Relationships
  • Bullying
  • Productivity
  • Sleep deprivation
  • Gaming / Technology
