Bower Place Support Coordination is able to provide varying levels of coordination & transition supports for children, young people & adults, taking into consideration an individual’s circumstance & level of complexity.
A Bower Place Support Coordinator actively supports people to:
Build clients’ capacity ( & that of their networks)with the aim of independently managing their issues & supports whilst;
Meeting their goals & exercising choice in obtaining supports that assist them in pursuing their own lifestyles.
Research, coordinate & manage a range of supports to suit individual needs across multiple providers.
Connect with their communities & encourage participation in both mainstream & community options.
Coordinate & manage their plan to enable greater independence across all domains of an individual’s life.
Bower Place Mentoring Support provides our clients with a role model, where a relationship is able to be formed with a trained Support Worker.

Our Mentors are experienced and trusted advisers who support and encourage people to manage their own personal development and learning, with the aim to build their capacity and maximise potential, improve their skills and performance in order to become the person they want to be.
Bower Place Mentors; work with clients, children, adolescents and adults to improve self-esteem, social skills and behavioural competence. Mentoring is offered from Bower Place, where visits may also take place within school environments and/or other community locations.
