Mentoring Support

Bower Place Mentoring Support provides our clients with a role model, where a relationship is able to be formed with a trained Support Worker.

One of the markers of success for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is that people with disability are increasingly engaging in the economic, social and cultural life of the community.

Our Mentors are experienced and trusted advisers who support and encourage people to manage their own personal development and learning, with the aim to build their capacity and maximise potential, improve their skills and performance in order to become the person they want to be.

Bower Place Mentors; work with clients, children, adolescents and adults to improve self-esteem, social skills and behavioural competence. Mentoring is offered from Bower Place, where visits may also take place within school environments and/or other community locations.
