Rachael McLeod joined the team at Bower Place in September 2011 as Manager of Training, a role which involves student management with VET sector and Bower Place programmes, course development, assessment and mentoring. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, a Certificate IV in Mental Health, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. 

Rachael has experience working with adolescent mothers and youth at risk and volunteers as a mentor to young Indigenous women through the Aboriginal Pathways to Excellence program.

Rachael enjoys working with both children and adults.
