Mediation and Dispute Resolution Fees & Charges

Consultation with Practitioner and Mediator start at $300/hour.

NB: there may be further costs should a report be required.

Hire of large Conference Room, Mediation Room or Boardroom

• $250 for any 4 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays.
• $450 for any 8 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays.
• $400 for any 4 hours on evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Hire of small Mediation Room

• $200 for any 4 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays.
• $300 for any 8 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays.
• $300 for any 4 hours on any evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Hire of both rooms with reception

• $450 for any 4 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays.
• $750 for any 8 hours between 9am & 5pm Monday - Friday.  Excluding Public Holidays
• $700 for any 4 hours on any evenings, weekends and public holidays

Fees include room hire, fullt furnished, tea and coffee making facilities, amenities, whiteboard, computer, internet access, projector facilities, telephone, dvd playing facilities. Other requirements can be negotiated upon booking including reception staff and catering.

 Payment

Mediation: We require an upfront payment on the day of consultation. Please note that Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution cannot be claimed on Medicare or Private Health Insurance.

Conference room: We require a non refundable deposit of $100 for all half day bookings, and a $200 deposit for all full day bookings. Payment of the remainder of the fees is required 24 hours prior to the session.

NB: Higher deposit may be required on public holidays and weekend bookings.
