Bower College’s Certificate IV in Mediation provides students with a Nationally Recognised Qualification. All of the course material and theory is available online with an intensive workshop at Bower Place to complete their practical tasks and have a hands on experience with Mediation. This approach allows students to apply what they are learning to Mediation sessions alongside professional practitioners. 

To receive your qualification in Mediation, you must successfully complete 15 units of competency. Topics include facilitate the mediation process, consolidate and conclude the mediation process and reflect and improve upon professional mediation process.

Bower College’s experienced Instructors will assist you to reach your learning goals by providing support and guidance throughout your studies.  Upon completion of this qualification, you will be eligible entry into our Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute resolution.
