Complex Needs Clinic Fees & Charges

We are able to provide a Bulk Billing service by a psychologist only for clients who hold a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, however, some services do attract a fee of $60 per session which is payable on the day of service.

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Medicare. EFTPOS facilities mean that you do not have to pay with cash. All accounts are to be settled on the day unless prior arrangement has been made.

Mental Health Care Plan

A Mental Health Care Plan must be presented at the initial appointment to ensure administration staff correct information and documentation to process the claims. A current Medicare card must also be presented.
